I have lived here for 11 years. The previous manager, Jennifer, was great in trying to get me some updates for my apartment from wear and tear. I will miss her she very helpful. The manager (Beverly) to come out on a holiday (July 4) to make sure that her tenants had water that was cut off due a bad leak the day before. She stays to ensure that it was back on. It speaks volume on how she cares about the tenants it's not just a job. I couldn't get through on the emergency line the day before when we came home to no water. I email instead and gets a response quickly. She finds out why there was no water and communicated with tenants of that building what was going on. The assistant manager (Donna) also quickly response to parking issues. I believe that if you have employees that treats the property and tenants with same respect as if they lived out here their shelf it's a great place to live.

The lady in the office(Tiwanda) is so nice , I’m having a bit of complications with my neighbor due to the way our floors are set up and the way she assured me almost feels like your being assured by your mother , tanglewood did a good job with the management and how She work with us , as we are on time paying residents. At first I was worried we wasn’t going to be able to work something out regarding our choice to move because everyone else in the office seemed not to care , but now I’m less worried ! Thank you .
